OSC Finds Hatch Act Violation by Former SSA Commissioner

The U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) today transmitted a report to President Donald J. Trump finding that Martin O'Malley, former Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (SSA), violated the Hatch Act when he engaged in political activity while giving an interview in his official capacity.
