OSC today transmitted a report to the President finding Hatch Act violations by Dr. Peter Navarro.

The U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) today transmitted a report to President Donald J. Trump finding that Dr. Peter Navarro, Assistant to the President and Director of the Office for Trade and Manufacturing Policy, violated the Hatch Act by using his official authority or influence to interfere with or affect the result of the 2020 presidential election through both media appearances and social media.
