Who is not protected?
OSC has no jurisdiction over prohibited personnel practices committed against employees of -
- Central Intelligence Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the National Reconnaissance Office and certain other intelligence agencies excluded by the President;
- Government Accountability Office;
- Federal Bureau of Investigation;
- U.S. Postal Service (except for nepotism allegations); and
- Postal Rate Commission.
